We can ship products anywhere in South Africa only.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s).

Items in stock will typically ship out next business day once the payment has reflected in our account.

Shipping Charges

1) R200 nationwide excluding outside areas that which we cover. 

International Orders We unfortunately do not ship to any country besides South Africa.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.

Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return. – the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase – items and packaging must be received in new condition – the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged – packaging must include all original items.

Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box – return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact us at returns support@watchplanet.co.za receive a Returns Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided with your Returns Authorization Number.

No returns or warranty on free products.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
